Good day.  This topic is for you to introduce yourself, your alignment, and what weapons/powers you use. Please post here before joining the Roleplay. Try to keep yourself from being overpowered, we don't want to see any 600 foot long dragons that have breath that could melt anything around here.  

Here is mine:

Good day.  My name is Meedled, or Meed as I prefer to be called.  In roleplay, I play a mage-warrior.  Normally I rely on spells to get done what must be done, but I do break out my mace once in a while.  I will go into more a more detailed description of my Mace later.  Here is a short bio from a third person perspective:

Meedled was born in a small town to the south, where the sands are ever warm.  At the age of 17, he broke two guards with his mind.  To escape punishment, he ran north, to the major cities.  It was there that he learned to smith, and more of the magikal arts.  But soon, the folk of the city began to fear him, fear the power he wielded.  They tried to slay him, but he slipped away one night, much to their relief.  He wandered for years, rejected.  Finally, he was accepted by a man who at that time was known as Hovawart, or pandamonium2008.  He was inducted into Hovawart’s guild, which was then known as The Swords of Light.  Later, two more members, BuckyKat and LegoFan613, were inducted as co-leaders; of the four factions.

And now for skills and weapons:

First and foremost, his mind.

He specialises in Destruction magik.

His Battle Mace, Messor, is in endowed with spells of protection against damage, and those who are pierces with one of Messor’s
barbed spikes, do not often live to tell the tale.

He also, albeit rarely, will use a two-handed battle-axe.  This axe is endowed with flames.  Those touched by its metal will receive a charring reminder of their folly.

Name: Mistress Anivia

Appearance: A very elderly woman who carries herself in a regal way. She normally wears a black silk dress that flares up at the neckline with a single gold ring on her finger that has something etched in it. In addition to the dress, she wears a black silk cape with gold trim. She carries an ivory cane with a large onyx stone on top. Her hair is rather wispy and white and drawn back into a tight bun. Her eyes are a pale green color and she wears a single silver monocle on her right eye that is red tinted.

Height: 5’4.

Age: 117

Background: She was the Mad Kings grandmother. She was the oldest daughter in her family and was about to claim the throne. However, right before her father died, her 3rd stepmother had a child, a male child. The child was announced king after her fathers death. Anivia was furious by this but couldn’t do anything to stop it since her fathers advisors wanted the boy to become king so they could manipulate him as he grew older. Anivia then demanded her share of the family fortune, and left the country buying an estate in distant lands. She dabbled in magic and managed to extend her life and keep herself in decent health. However, these many years later, she heard that the throne lacked an heir. She has returned to reclaim what she considers rightfully hers.

Powers: She has great skill in creating illusions, but that’s about all she can do with her own magic. The staff she carries can bind people in air, but its effect can only be used on a couple of targets and the effect weakens the farther away from them she is. She carries a few poisoned knives and is very accurate with them.

Other notes: She has four Gargoyles that guard her. Each one is very dangerous and they all possess the ability to fly. She apparently has an artifact that can recreate them over time if they are destroyed. However, it seems she is unable to have more than 4 at a time guarding her. Each gargoyle is made of a smooth dark stone that seems very resistant to the elements. Each Gargoyle is about 16 feet long and 7 feet tall.

Name: Sir Wynton Herriford
Allegiance: Loyal to Mistress Anivia.
Occupation: Former Field Marshal to His late Royal Majesty
History: Raised and trained by his father, a strict sergeant, Wynton ate, drank, and slept battlefield tactics and maneuvers. This tutoring, along with a strict physical regimen, aided Wynton in rising through the ranks after joining the military. He was knighted at the young age of sixteen for valiant service, and has earned the deepest respect of his associates. He was also among the few tacticians who could successfully campaign against magic-wielders, making him indispensable. When the Mad King died, he immediately offered his services to Mistress Anivia, who he felt was the most capable of leading the country out of the impending chaos.
Abilities: Excellent strategist, also trained in almost all forms of physical combat. Strongly opposed to learning magic.

Accoutrements: Carries a sword, shield, and dagger. Wears chainmail at all times, plate armor for battle.
